Parent VolunteersParent volunteers are welcome and much appreciated at Good Shepherd Catholic School.
The presence of and support from GSCS parents is part of what gives our school such a "homey" feel. Parents offer assistance in a variety of ways, including staff support, delivery and distribution of hot lunches, chaperoning field trips, coaching sports teams, and sharing their God-given talents with students by reading, singing, and offering presentations/demonstrations in their own areas of expertise.

Prior to engaging in any activities with our students, parents/volunteers are required to complete an on-line course called "Shield the Vulnerable" which is offered through the Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington. If you are interested in volunteering at Good Shepherd, please contact the school for more information.
The PTG typically meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, and all are welcome and encouraged to attend.
For minutes of past meetings, please visit the PTG page on the "Parent Place."
